Yoodli has appointed Kartik Murthy as Vice President of Product to lead product strategy and execution as the company expands its AI-powered experiential learning platform for enterprise revenue teams. The appointment comes amid significant business momentum, including rapid revenue growth, increased enterprise adoption, and continued investment in AI-driven roleplay technology.
Yoodli has announced the appointment of Kartik Murthy as Vice President of Product, effective July 27. Based at the company's Seattle headquarters, Murthy will oversee product strategy, execution, and platform expansion as Yoodli continues scaling its AI-powered experiential learning solutions for global enterprise customers.
His appointment supports Yoodli's next phase of growth as organizations increasingly adopt AI roleplays to improve sales readiness, leadership development, and employee learning.
Murthy brings more than 17 years of product leadership experience spanning artificial intelligence, enterprise software, hardware, consumer technology, and learning platforms.
Most recently, he served as Head of Product for Security, AI, and Expansion at Coalition, where he led teams that introduced generative AI capabilities across the company's core platform, automated more than 30% of servicing tasks, and expanded operations into five international markets, more than tripling global revenue.
Earlier in his career, Murthy:
Murthy joins Yoodli during a period of rapid expansion.
The company recently surpassed 1 million users, achieved 900% year-over-year revenue growth, and secured a $40 million Series B funding round, bringing total funding to $60 million and a valuation of $300 million.
Yoodli's AI-powered roleplay platform is currently used by enterprise organizations including Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and RingCentral to prepare revenue teams for high-stakes customer conversations.
The platform has already delivered measurable outcomes, including certifying more than 15,000 Google Cloud sales representatives and recovering over 1,600 manager hours per quarter for Snowflake.
As Vice President of Product, Murthy will lead the evolution of Yoodli's experiential learning platform by expanding AI capabilities across multiple enterprise learning functions.
His responsibilities include:
The appointment reflects Yoodli's strategy of helping organizations move beyond traditional content-based learning toward scalable AI-powered practice environments.
"At over 1 million users and 900% revenue growth, our constraint isn't demand, it's how fast we can build the right things. Kartik has spent his career solving exactly that problem, from launching Meta's first wearable to tripling Coalition's international revenue. He builds, he ships, and he thinks about product the way we do," said Varun Puri, CEO and co-founder of Yoodli.
"I've built products across AI, hardware, and learning, and the pattern I keep seeing is that people improve through practice, not content. Yoodli is the first experiential learning platform built for enterprise, and the team ships with a velocity I've rarely seen. There's never been a better time to build, and there's no better place to build than here," said Kartik Murthy.
With growing enterprise adoption and continued investment in AI innovation, Yoodli is positioning itself to expand its experiential learning platform across global organizations.
By combining adaptive AI roleplays, personalized coaching, and enterprise-grade learning capabilities, the company aims to help organizations prepare employees for complex, real-world business conversations through continuous practice rather than traditional training methods.
