According to the report, Workato was rated 4.9 out of 5.0 stars, the highest of any vendor in the report, and received zero reviews below four stars out of 112 reviews as of 30 June 2026.
The announcement made in Palo Alto recognizes Workato's position as a neutral control and execution platform built on more than a decade of integration expertise spanning over 14,000 applications.
The Gartner Peer Insights Customers' Choice Recognition is based on feedback and ratings from end-user professionals who have first-person customer experience with Workato. Workato received a willingness-to-recommend rating based on 112 reviews as of 30 June 2026, with 97% of customers willing to recommend the platform to a friend or colleague.
