The acquisition bolsters Wipro’s ER&D offerings with DTS’s expertise in domain-led design, connected products, and software platforms. “Welcoming DTS into the Wipro family marks a pivotal step in our transformation journey,” said Srini Pallia, CEO of Wipro. “Their specialized engineering expertise, combined with Wipro’s consulting-led, AI-powered capabilities, will significantly enhance the value we deliver to clients.” DTS’s AI-native platforms and autonomous agent frameworks complement Wipro’s global scale, enabling faster innovation and reduced time-to-market in high-growth sectors like technology, industrial, aerospace, healthcare, and consumer industries.

Wipro will enter a multi-year strategic agreement with HARMAN and Samsung to drive joint innovation. “This agreement unlocks the next chapter for the DTS business unit—one where it can scale faster and reach more clients,” said Christian Sobottka, CEO of HARMAN. Upon closing, DTS will integrate into Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line, enhancing its ability to deliver complex transformation programs.
