Vonage, part of Ericsson, has announced a strategic collaboration with C3 AI (NYSE: AI) to launch C3 AI Field Services, an AI-first module within the C3 AI Asset Performance Suite. Integrated with Vonage's Communications APIs (Voice and Video) and Network APIs (Quality on Demand and Verify), the solution delivers real-time AI assistance, secure connectivity, and enhanced experiences for mobile field operations in mission-critical industries.
