With 13 years of experience in digital media M&A, Sterns has orchestrated high-profile deals, including Novacap’s acquisition of Cadent, Nexxen’s acquisition of Amobee, and the Telaria-Rubicon merger that formed Magnite. His deep understanding of the adtech sector positions him to guide Viant’s strategic initiatives. “Having analyzed the adtech landscape for the past decade, there is ample opportunity and strategic consolidation on the horizon,” said Eric Sterns, Head of Corporate Development, Viant.
