Starting today, Calabrio customers have direct access to Verint's AI-powered bots through the Verint CX Automation Platform, without requiring migration or replacement of existing infrastructure.
Verint is delivering on its Calabrio merger promise by granting Calabrio customers immediate access to Verint's AI-powered bots through the CX Automation Platform.
Calabrio customers can now access Verint AI bots including Genie Bot, TimeFlex Bot, Agent Copilot, and Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA).
Verint customers will also benefit from access to Calabrio's industry-leading workforce management and analytics solutions.
The integration requires no migration or infrastructure replacement, allowing customers to immediately enhance existing investments.
Verint will demonstrate the combined platform at Enterprise Connect in Las Vegas from March 10-11.
The milestone comes just three months after the merger announcement, delivering on the promise of expanded capabilities.

The Verint Genie Bot integrates with Conversational Intelligence, allowing analysts and supervisors to ask questions about CX interaction data in plain language, surfacing immediate, actionable insights without requiring a data science team. The Verint TimeFlex Bot delivers intelligent workforce scheduling flexibility directly into Calabrio WFM, helping ensure the right agents are available at the right times to meet customer demand.
Verint Agent Copilot Bots automate manual agent workflows in real time, including in-call knowledge retrieval, coaching, and post-call wrap-up. The Verint Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) autonomously resolves customer interactions across voice, digital, and messaging channels using agentic AI, enabling brands to automate up to 100% of engagements end-to-end without human intervention.
The integration works both ways. While Calabrio customers gain access to Verint's AI bot portfolio, Verint customers will benefit from access to Calabrio's industry-leading workforce and analytics solutions.
