Nine AI Agents Orchestrating Plant Uptime Decisions

Verdantis's super-agent orchestrates nine specialized AI agents across the decisions that decide plant uptime: spare parts, criticality, demand, reorder, and work order planning. These decisions set working capital, maintenance spend, and whether a critical asset runs and, in most plants, they are still made in spreadsheets and disconnected systems.

The positioning is for the teams who own uptime - maintenance, reliability, and MRO supply chain leaders in oil and gas, mining, utilities, chemicals, and manufacturing. And it reflects an AI-first architecture: agents decide and act by default; people supervise, override, and teach the system. Every human override creates feedback that helps the system learn. That principle is captured in Verdantis' new tagline: "Anticipate. Resolve. Learn."

"Anticipation without resolution is analytics. Resolution without learning is automation. The three together are an agent and that is what industrial teams need," said Kumar Gaurav Gupta, CEO of Verdantis. "Legacy EAM bolted AI onto systems built for data entry. We are building EAM the other way around, AI-native from the grounds up."

MRO360 Platform Launchpad for AI-Native EAM Roadmap

The flagship platform MRO360 is the launchpad for that roadmap, extending agentic decision-making from inventory into work order planning and maintenance execution. The Verdantis MDM Suite (Harmonize and Integrity) remains the governed data foundation the agents run on, offered standalone. The redesigned "V" mark and navy-and-orange visual identity roll out across digital properties, product interfaces, and events beginning August 2026.
