Adam Hasemeyer, a 20-year digital transformation veteran, has been promoted to CEO of the Americas. Previously Valtech’s Chief Client Officer, Hasemeyer brings extensive experience in strategic growth and client delivery. “With his understanding of the market, combined with his passion for people and performance, Adam will play a pivotal force in shaping how we use AI to accelerate client growth,” said Olivier Padiou, Global CEO of Valtech. Under Hasemeyer’s leadership, Valtech has partnered with organizations in retail, consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, moving AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to scaled production.
Joining Hasemeyer are Nischal Kapoor, EVP Growth – Enterprise Transformation, and Nathan Oliver, EVP Head of Business Development. Kapoor, formerly with Accenture, led modernization practices and launched the global Private Equity Business Group, driving value creation for G2000 companies. His expertise in AI, automation, and modernization will guide Valtech’s clients from design to execution. Oliver, previously Global Chief Growth Officer at Plus Company, unified 27 agencies and scaled the business into a top North American network. His experience at Publicis Sapient equips him to lead Valtech’s new business efforts in North America.
