Multicloud Adoption Drives Digital Transformation

The 2025 ISG Provider Lens® Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem report for the U.S. reveals a significant rise in enterprises deploying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as part of broader multicloud strategies. Large organizations are no longer relying on single-cloud providers; instead, they integrate OCI with other hyperscalers to achieve digital transformation objectives.

This shift is fueled by the need for greater agility in competitive markets, where data and AI serve as primary sources of business value. Enterprises are transforming transactional systems into predictive and personalized tools while navigating complex regulatory, governance, and sustainability demands.

“Large U.S. enterprises are engaging with multiple cloud providers to realize their digital transformation goals,” said Bill Huber, partner, ISG Digital Transformation and Cost Optimization. “Many data-driven companies find that Oracle’s broad portfolio of applications and cloud resources meets their increasingly complex requirements.”

OCI Stands Out for Performance and Value

Multicloud and hybrid environments enable access to specialized technologies and innovation at scale. Enterprises are turning to OCI for its high performance, flexible deployment options—including public, private, and hybrid models—and competitive pricing. As a result, Oracle is solidifying its position as the fourth major hyperscale cloud platform.

With AI moving from experimentation to production, U.S. organizations are leveraging Oracle’s end-to-end platform to develop and deploy AI agents and agent teams. Key 2025 advancements include updates to AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, the introduction of a dedicated AI Agent Marketplace, and enhancements to Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for deeper AI-powered insights from enterprise data.

Ecosystem of Partners Accelerates Success

Service providers are vital to unlocking the full potential of Oracle technologies. Enterprises collaborate with global system integrators, regional consultancies, managed service providers, and specialized boutiques to tailor implementations to specific business needs.

“Oracle’s diverse and expanding ecosystem of service and solution providers multiplies the power and potential of its technologies,” said Siddharth Idnani, lead author of the report. “Enterprises have a broad selection of partners to engage with as they carry out transformations enabled by AI and multicloud architectures.”

The report also examines trends such as evolving licensing models and the Oracle AI Data Platform, which prepares data for AI readiness.

Provider Recognition and Customer Excellence

The report evaluates 32 providers across three quadrants: Professional Services, Managed Services, and OCI Solutions and Capabilities. Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, HCLTech, Infosys, LTIMindtree, TCS, and Wipro are named Leaders in all three quadrants. Capgemini, KPMG, and PwC are Leaders in two quadrants each, with Centroid as a Leader in one.

Capgemini and IBM are recognized as Rising Stars in one quadrant each.

Cognizant is named the global ISG CX Star Performer for 2025 among Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem providers, achieving the highest customer satisfaction scores in ISG's Voice of the Customer survey.

These insights highlight Oracle’s growing role in the U.S. multicloud landscape, where strategic integrations with OCI empower enterprises to harness AI, optimize costs, and maintain competitive edge.
