The acquisition will strengthen Unframe's enterprise AI platform and expand its AI-native data capabilities. The acquisition follows Unframe's May announcement that it had crossed $100 million in total contract value (TCV) within 12 months, alongside $50 million in additional funding led by Highland Europe, bringing the company's total funding since inception to $100 million.
