Jim Joudrey joins UKG with a robust background in scaling complex technology platforms. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Digital Acceleration at Amazon, overseeing digital ecommerce for over 40 businesses, including Prime, Prime Video, Audible, and more. Prior to that, as SVP of Analytics Cloud Engineering at Salesforce post-Tableau acquisition, he drove the cloud migration initiative. Joudrey also spent a decade at Amazon in roles spanning financial systems, marketplace services, and AWS Infrastructure, leading teams in labor management, data center automation, and security. His expertise positions him to advance UKG’s technology vision.
