Tricentis strengthens its executive leadership team with the appointments of Jason Bliss as EVP and President, Business Operations, and Todd Horst as Chief Growth Officer to accelerate global growth and enhance operational excellence amid rising demand for AI-powered software quality solutions.
Tricentis, a global leader in AI-augmented software quality, has expanded its executive team to better position the company for sustained global expansion. The appointments of Jason Bliss and Todd Horst underscore the company’s commitment to strengthening both operational foundations and go-to-market execution in a rapidly evolving software development landscape where AI dramatically increases release velocity while maintaining quality remains paramount.

Jason Bliss assumes the role of EVP and President, Business Operations, with oversight of post-sales functions critical to customer success and long-term value delivery. His responsibilities include customer growth initiatives, professional services, customer support, international operations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Bliss brings extensive experience in business operations, technology, and capital deployment across private and public company environments. He spent more than 17 years at SolarWinds, most recently as Chief Administrative Officer, where he played a key role in driving growth, creating value, and managing risk.

As Chief Growth Officer, Todd Horst will lead Tricentis’ global go-to-market strategy, accelerate expansion through strategic partnerships, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and productivity across sales and revenue operations.
Horst brings deep expertise in growth strategy, enterprise sales, channel management, and revenue operations. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Outtask and Consilio and spent five years as a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Tech Practice, advising CEOs and CROs on go-to-market acceleration, sales transformation, and digital strategies.
