Thoma Bravo has announced the completion of its affiliate's acquisition of kneat.com, inc., the global leader in digital validation and quality process automation, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately C$650 million. The agreement was overwhelmingly approved by shareholders and the transaction closed with shareholders receiving C$6.50 per share in cash.
