Teranet has announced the appointment of Sam Ishak as Chief Information Officer, strengthening the company's executive leadership as it continues to advance the technologies that support Canada's evolving property ecosystem. Ishak brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy across financial services, insurance, and government sectors.

As CIO, Ishak will lead Teranet's enterprise technology strategy, overseeing enterprise architecture, application development, information security, infrastructure, business intelligence, and technical services. He will champion a customer-centric approach to technology modernization, leveraging data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to create more connected, intuitive, and secure experiences for customers. As the role of the CIO continues to evolve, Ishak will help shape not only Teranet's technology strategy, but also the future of the business by aligning innovation with customer needs, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
