TD SYNNEX has announced the appointment of Douglas Britt to its Board of Directors, effective June 17, 2026, increasing the board size from ten to eleven members. Britt, a seasoned technology executive with over three decades of leadership experience, will serve on the Board's Audit Committee and Technology Committee. His appointment strengthens the company's governance as it continues to expand its hyperscale digital infrastructure capabilities and deliver value across the technology ecosystem.

Britt brings 30+ years of experience in global technology, manufacturing, and supply chain.
He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Boyd and oversees its Thermal business within Eaton.
Britt also holds board positions at Helios Technologies and Benchmark Electronics.
His expertise will support TD SYNNEX's strategic growth and hyperscale digital infrastructure initiatives.
TD SYNNEX has strengthened its governance with the addition of Douglas Britt, a technology veteran whose career spans more than three decades in global technology, manufacturing, and supply chain businesses. Britt currently serves as Executive Chairman of Boyd, where he previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer and led the sale of Boyd Thermal business to Eaton Corporation in 2026. In his current capacity, he oversees the Boyd Thermal business within Eaton. His appointment increases the board's size to eleven members, and he will contribute to both the Audit Committee and the Technology Committee, reflecting the company's focus on operational excellence and strategic oversight.

Britt brings a proven track record of value-creation initiatives throughout his career. He has played a key role in the development and strategic growth of Nextracker, which eventually led to its separation into an independent public company, and he also contributed to the expansion of Boyd’s Thermal business into a global leader in liquid cooling technologies. In addition to his executive roles, Britt currently serves on the boards of Helios Technologies and Benchmark Electronics, further demonstrating his deep governance and industry expertise.
Prior to his tenure at Boyd, Britt served as President of the Integrated Solutions division of Flex Ltd., a global design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions provider. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Future Electronics, Silicon Graphics, and Solectron. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, and has completed executive education programs in Europe, including at the University of London.
