In this role, Pitchandi will lead Tango’s technology organization and play a key part in advancing the company’s products and long-term growth strategy.

With over two decades of experience, Bala Pitchandi has successfully guided technology organizations through critical scaling phases in regulated and high-growth industries. Most recently, as CTO and Chief Product Officer at Nayya Health, he led a comprehensive system re-architecture that expanded capacity to support more than 100 million users while spearheading the company’s strategic shift toward AI-driven capabilities.
