Reporting to President and CEO Rory Read, Millard will drive Sprinklr’s efforts to expand its reach into larger enterprises and enhance customer relationships. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Global AI Sales at Dell Technologies, overseeing a $15B+ revenue organization that supported major AI deployments globally. His prior roles at Dell included managing a $5B enterprise and commercial organization, showcasing his ability to deliver results in competitive markets.
