Modalix™, SiMa.ai’s second-generation MLSoC, delivers industry-leading performance for Physical AI, supporting large language models (LLMs), transformers, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and generative AI workloads with under 10 watts of power. The Modalix SoM, developed with Enclustra, is pin- and form-factor compatible with leading GPU SoMs, allowing seamless drop-in replacement for rapid integration. Compact and power-efficient, it includes integrated MIPI, memory, and essential I/O, supported by SiMa.ai’s Palette™ software and a complete hardware package with cooling and SSD. LLiMa, a unified on-device framework, enables the deployment of LLMs, vision language models (VLMs), and multimodal models on Modalix with zero cloud dependency. It supports seamless open-source or custom LLM imports, a curated model zoo, and automated quantization/compilation for optimized, Modalix-ready binaries. LLiMa also enables agent-to-agent systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), all fully on-device, simplifying GenAI adoption for Physical AI applications.
