Siemens has announced the launch of Intelligence Center X, a new industrial AI orchestration platform designed to help organizations scale AI initiatives from isolated pilots to enterprise-wide operational impact. The platform enables businesses to integrate AI agents, enterprise workflows, and lifecycle intelligence into a unified environment where people and AI systems work together with shared context and governance.
Built to support industrial and enterprise-scale AI adoption, Intelligence Center X combines the Mendix low-code platform with Siemens’ Graph Studio and AI Studio software from the Rapidminer portfolio. The platform is designed to accelerate AI-driven application deployment while ensuring governance, traceability, and operational control across workflows and enterprise systems.
Intelligence Center X is designed to address a major challenge facing enterprises adopting AI at scale: fragmented data environments and disconnected workflows. According to Siemens, many organizations have invested heavily in AI but continue to struggle with scaling beyond pilot programs due to inconsistent governance and limited integration between AI insights and operational processes.
By creating a governed environment where enterprise data, workflows, and AI agents are connected, Siemens aims to enable businesses to operationalize AI in production-ready environments. The platform also supports lifecycle intelligence and industrial ontologies, enabling organizations to deploy intelligent applications with improved visibility and control.

Siemens highlighted several organizations already deploying Intelligence Center X to improve operational efficiency and AI-driven decision-making.
Vivix Vidros Planos, a leading flat glass manufacturer in Brazil, implemented nearly 30 Mendix applications integrating operational technology and enterprise IT systems, including SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Industrial Edge, and Snowflake. The company reported an 85 percent reduction in production issue resolution time and the recovery of 6,000 hours of manual work within a year.
The company also deployed an AI-powered Virtual Engineer using Intelligence Center X, Amazon Bedrock, and Claude from Anthropic as part of its broader digital twin strategy.

Technology distributor Axiz also implemented Intelligence Center X for pricing workflow automation. The company stated that the deployment resulted in a 95 percent reduction in manual effort alongside full data ingestion accuracy.

Integrating the AI/ML modeling capabilities, application development and process orchestration for an end-to-end pricing use case, Axiz achieved a 95 percent reduction in manual effort and 100 percent accuracy in data ingestion," said Andrew Moodley, chief cloud, digital and marketing officer, Axiz.
"Axiz is the first customer globally to integrate Intelligence Center X for our pricing use case. AI/ML development acts as the brain, while the application development and orchestration capabilities act as the body."
Intelligence Center X is designed to connect industrial and enterprise data across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations into a unified intelligence framework. Siemens said the platform works alongside existing operational and enterprise systems, allowing organizations to deploy AI-driven workflows without replacing existing infrastructure.
The platform is also integrated with the broader Siemens Xcelerator ecosystem and supported by cloud and data platform partners, including Snowflake.

Siemens stated that Intelligence Center X supports three deployment approaches depending on organizational requirements. Companies can deploy the platform alongside Siemens AI products to enhance lifecycle intelligence, use it independently in operational technology environments, or implement it as a standalone enterprise AI orchestration platform.
The platform is intended for use across manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, insurance, retail, and government sectors where organizations require production-grade AI execution with auditability and governance controls.
