Sharon AI, a leading Australian Neocloud provider of high-performance GPU compute infrastructure, has secured up to US$200 million in equity and revenue-share investment from Digital Alpha, alongside a strategic technology partnership with Cisco, to accelerate enterprise AI and HPC expansion across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
SharonAI Holdings Inc. (SHAZ:OTC Markets, SHAZW:OTC Markets) and its subsidiaries announced a significant strategic investment and technology partnership. Digital Alpha, a digital infrastructure investment firm with an exclusive collaboration with Cisco, is providing up to US$200 million in equity and revenue-share funding. This capital will fuel substantial expansion of Sharon AI's AI and high-performance cloud compute infrastructure.
The investment supports growing customer demand for NVIDIA accelerated computing combined with Cisco networking solutions, targeting research institutions, government entities, and enterprises throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

Sharon AI operates an enterprise-grade high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure platform purpose-built for demanding AI workloads.
