Seven Boson Group Ltd. has announced the launch of its Sovereign AI Decision Intelligence software and services, a full-stack platform designed to enable nations to independently own, deploy, and govern advanced AI systems without reliance on foreign technology providers. The launch comes amid accelerating global regulatory shifts toward AI sovereignty, positioning the company’s offering as a response to emerging legal and geopolitical requirements for national control over artificial intelligence infrastructure.
Seven Boson’s Sovereign AI platform is designed as a full-stack system spanning compute infrastructure, orchestration layers, governance controls, and vertical application packs. The system is built to operate in fully air-gapped environments, ensuring that no data leaves national borders and that AI operations remain fully under sovereign control.
At its core, the platform includes sovereign compute infrastructure, a multi-agent orchestration mesh for AI workloads, and a human-in-the-loop governance layer known as the Guardian Layer. This structure is intended to provide auditable oversight, security controls, and policy enforcement for AI decision-making at a national scale.
A key component of the system is its Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), which supports compute platforms from major semiconductor and AI hardware providers, including NVIDIA, AMD, Arm Holdings, Intel Gaudi, and Groq. This design allows governments to switch underlying hardware providers rapidly in response to export restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or geopolitical constraints.
The platform is also designed to operate across distributed sovereign AI World Model Labs, which serve as regional infrastructure hubs for AI development and deployment.
Seven Boson is launching AI World Model Labs across multiple geographies, including the United States, India, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, and Africa. These facilities are designed to address two key challenges in sovereign AI adoption: system accuracy and deployment cost.
Each AI World Model Lab is intended to support large-scale AI infrastructure, including 100MW AI-optimized data centers, forming part of a broader plan to establish multiple sovereign AI hubs across five continents.
The company’s go-to-market strategy includes simultaneous deployment across San Francisco, Chennai at IIT Madras Research Park, and Southeast Asia-based sovereign AI labs. These hubs are designed to support both commercial and government deployments of sovereign AI systems.
