Seismic, the Go-To-Market Performance company, today announced that Umberto Milletti has joined as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). Milletti will lead Seismic's product and technology organization, including design, engineering, technical support, research and development (R&D), and AI innovation, as the company plans to invest over $100 million in its revenue execution roadmap following its merger with Highspot.

Accelerating AI Innovation and Next Chapter of Product Strategy

With its merger with Highspot complete, Milletti is among several seasoned leaders joining Seismic to guide its next chapter. Former Adobe CEO and longtime technology operator Bruce Chizen has joined as Chairman of Seismic's board of directors.

An accomplished executive, entrepreneur, and company builder, Milletti brings decades of experience developing category-defining enterprise software, scaling global product and engineering organizations, and translating emerging technologies into products that deliver measurable customer value. In his new role, Milletti will focus on developing more connected, intelligent experiences that help go-to-market (GTM) organizations improve productivity, execution, and performance.

Seasoned Leaders Guiding Next Chapter Post-Merger

With its merger with Highspot complete, Milletti is among several seasoned leaders joining Seismic to guide its next chapter. Former Adobe CEO and longtime technology operator Bruce Chizen has joined as Chairman of Seismic's board of directors. Gurpreet Singh Pall has joined as President, Managing Director of Seismic India and will lead the company's India operations from Hyderabad. Pall previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of R&D for Highspot India. Earlier this year, Seismic appointed former Oracle SVP Rob Pinkerton as Chief Marketing Officer and former Amazon HR leader Kimberly Schultz as Chief Human Resources Officer.
