Hareesh will lead Sectigo's technology strategy at a pivotal moment for digital trust, with certificate lifespans shortening, machine identities multiplying, and organizations preparing for the transition to post-quantum cryptography.

Hareesh joins from Experian, where he served as CTO of North American Commercial, Fraud & Identity division for over four years.
Previously held CTO roles at Spireon and technology leadership positions at Cisco.
Hareesh succeeds Mark Bilger, who is retiring at the end of the year after three years with Sectigo.
Sectigo serves more than 700,000 customers, including 65% of the Fortune 500.
The company is expanding its CLM platform to help organizations manage human and machine identities with automation and post-quantum readiness.

Hareesh joins Sectigo from Experian, where he served as CTO of its North American Commercial, Fraud & Identity division for over four years. In that role, he led the modernization of their technology platforms and accelerated enterprise AI adoption. Prior to Experian, he served as CTO at Spireon, an automotive and fleet intelligence company where he rebuilt its technology platform and all customer-facing applications. Earlier in his career, Hareesh held technology leadership roles at Cisco, where he built and led a cloud-based Video as a Service streaming platform.
Hareesh's appointment comes as Sectigo continues to expand its CLM platform, Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM), to help organizations gain visibility and control across human and machine identities. Through automation, centralized management, and post-quantum readiness, Sectigo is helping enterprises reduce complexity and address the hidden risks associated with certificate management and modern digital trust.
Hareesh succeeds Mark Bilger, who will be retiring at the end of the year after three years with Sectigo.
