Following significant investment in the GRC Elevate platform and continued expansion across risk, compliance and training, SAI360 is focused on building the next generation of intelligent GRC — connecting data, workflows and AI across traditionally siloed areas of risk and compliance. By bringing AI together with the context of an organization's risks, obligations, policies, incidents and controls, SAI360 aims to help customers move beyond automation to proactively identify risks and make faster, better decisions.

"Prashant understands that great products come from connecting what customers need with what technology can make possible," said Peter Granat, CEO of SAI360. "We've made tremendous progress modernizing our platform and expanding how we use AI across risk and compliance. Prashant will help us build on that foundation and accelerate our ability to turn innovation into real value for our customers."

Darisi has spent more than two decades building and leading enterprise software businesses, with experience spanning product management, engineering, customer operations and commercial strategy. Before joining SAI360, he served as Chief Product Officer at ETQ. His earlier leadership roles include Everbridge and RSA Security, where he worked across enterprise SaaS platforms, emerging technologies, and global product organizations.

Connected Customer Experience for Risk and Compliance Leaders

At SAI360, Darisi will oversee the evolution of the company's GRC, Compliance and Training solutions, with an emphasis on creating a more connected customer experience and expanding the role of intelligent automation and AI throughout everyday risk and compliance work.

"Innovation only matters if it makes our customers' work better," said Prashant Darisi, Chief Product Officer at SAI360. "Risk and compliance leaders need products that help them understand what matters, make better decisions and act faster. SAI360 has the GRC expertise and diverse breadth of capabilities to deliver that. Our aim is to bring those capabilities together into one simple, connected experience, and to measure our success by the outcomes our customers achieve."
