RWS, a global AI solutions company, has appointed Stephen Lamb as Chief Financial Officer and Director. With over 25 years of international finance leadership experience, Stephen will lead global finance operations and collaborate with the Board and Executive Team to support disciplined growth and long-term value creation across the organization. His expertise in commercial finance, investor relations, capital allocation, governance, and transformation will play a key role in advancing RWS's strategy as a technology-first AI content solutions provider.
Stephen's most recent position was Group Finance Director and Board Member at AIM-listed Midwich Group, where he drove performance improvements, led transformation initiatives, and supported growth through strategic capital allocation and M&A activities.
Before Midwich, Stephen served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Iron Mountain International, managing finance operations across 37 countries and contributing to significant expansion and M&A efforts. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance positions at Regus (now part of IWG) and spent 13 years at Experian, advancing to Regional Chief Financial Officer for the Asia-Pacific and India division.

Stephen holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham, and has completed executive leadership programs at Henley Management College and Ashridge Business School.
