Rocket Software has recent, relevant experience in integrating acquisitions from OpenText. The company completed the integration of OpenText's Application Modernization and Connectivity (AMC) business in May 2024, providing a template for absorbing Vertica. The deal is expected to close in mid-2026 and will be funded from Rocket's cash balance, subject to regulatory approvals.
