In this role, Bhatt will lead Rithum's global product organization, bringing unified leadership to how the company builds, evolves and scales its platform as it accelerates its next phase of growth. He previously served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Realtor.com, leading platform modernization and AI adoption.
Bhatt held senior product leadership roles at Google, leading commerce initiatives across Google Shopping.
He was part of the senior leadership team at Flipkart, helping scale the platform to over 75 million users and $4 billion in annual revenue.
Key priorities include expanding AI-driven capabilities through RithumIQ and advancing intelligent automation in pricing, inventory, and fulfillment.

As Chief Product Officer, Bhatt will oversee all product teams and work closely with executive leadership to define and execute Rithum's product strategy. His key priorities include:
Accelerating innovation across Rithum's core commerce, marketplace and retail media solutions
Expanding AI-driven capabilities powered by RithumIQ, including product content optimization, automated catalog mapping and predictive insights to improve performance across channels
Advancing intelligent automation in areas such as pricing, inventory management and fulfillment to help brands and retailers operate more efficiently and at scale
Bhatt brings extensive experience building and scaling global digital platforms across commerce, marketplaces and consumer technology. Most recently, Bhatt served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Realtor.com, where he led product and engineering and drove platform modernization, including the adoption of AI-powered capabilities.
Previously, he held senior product leadership roles at Google, leading commerce initiatives across Google Shopping, and served as Chief Product Officer at RetailMeNot. He was also part of the senior leadership team at Flipkart, helping scale the platform to more than 75 million users and over $4 billion in annual revenue.
