Wilson's Background and Vision

Prior to joining RGP, Wilson served as a Partner at consultancy RSM, where he led transformation, growth, innovation, and performance improvement strategies for clients across multiple industries. He previously held leadership positions at KPMG and Deloitte and earned his PhD in Engineering at the University of Cambridge's Centre for Technology Management.
