  • RAY·ALLEN acquires Paratira Limited’s platform technology and customer assets
  • Datatec plc makes a minority equity investment in RAY·ALLEN, creating a strategic partnership
  • The deal expands the Nexa Platform Suite with a new Sales Enablement entry tier and Day 2 intelligence capabilities
  • New features include faster onboarding, real-time operational insights, and a Paratira-built LogicMonitor connector
  • RAY·ALLEN remains independently operated under its existing leadership
  • The integration delivers immediate value for MSP partners by reducing resolution times and surfacing issues proactively

Strategic Expansion of the Nexa Platform Suite

The integration of Paratira’s AI-driven platform into NexaONE™ expands the Nexa Platform Suite across two key capability paths. The first path introduces a streamlined Sales Enablement entry tier that offers lower-lift onboarding and near-instant value for partners. The second path adds a Day 2 intelligence layer that converts MSP operational and observability data into real-time technical support insights, helping reduce resolution times and prevent incidents before they occur.

Transaction Details and Partnership with Datatec

Datatec plc, a $3.6 billion global ICT Operator with 40 years of experience, has made a minority equity investment in RAY·ALLEN. This establishes a formal strategic partnership while RAY·ALLEN continues to operate independently under its existing leadership team. Datatec’s portfolio includes Logicalis International and Westcon-Comstor, bringing significant global enterprise channel depth and Cisco ecosystem expertise.

The acquisition gives RAY·ALLEN immediate first-party ownership of Paratira’s proven platform, which was built and tested in large-scale enterprise MSP environments, including a LogicMonitor connector and a roadmap for additional integrations.

Leadership Perspectives

“RAY·ALLEN has been the partner the global IT channel trusts to drive revenue growth. With the addition of the Paratira platform, we are redefining that role—moving beyond growth into how partners operate and make decisions. The new entry tier delivers immediate Sales insight with minimal friction, and our Day 2 intelligence capabilities signal a clear shift: RAY·ALLEN is now operating inside the intelligence layer of MSP infrastructure. We are ready to engage with partners across the global IT channel on this next phase of the platform and look forward to the conversation.” Todd Ringleman, Chief Executive Officer, RAY·ALLEN, Inc.

“I’m delighted to welcome RAY·ALLEN, Inc. into the Datatec Group portfolio. By combining Paratira’s capabilities with the Nexa suite, we are expanding a market-leading platform with the core capabilities and insights needed to elevate MSPs in the AI era. This integrated offering positions RAY·ALLEN well for sustained growth and long-term value creation for customers and shareholders.” Jens Montanana, Chief Executive Officer, Datatec

“We built Paratira to turn complex operational data into clear, actionable insights, so MSPs can move faster, prove value, and drive better outcomes for customers. With RAY·ALLEN, Inc. acquiring Paratira and integrating our AI-driven platform into NexaONE™, we’re delivering immediate value for MSP partners: faster onboarding and next-level operational insight for day-to-day managed services. Equally, it sets our platform and team on the path to something bigger: to be part of an established ecosystem and platform suite customers can start small with and expand out as they scale.” Toby Alcock, Chief Executive Officer, Paratira Limited

The expanded Nexa Platform Suite now provides MSPs with enhanced tools for sales enablement, customer success, and AI-driven operational intelligence, strengthening RAY·ALLEN’s position as a trusted partner in the global IT channel.
