R Systems International Ltd. has successfully completed the acquisition of Novigo Solutions Private Limited, a move that expands its global digital product engineering and AI capabilities. With the transaction closed, Novigo is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of R Systems, and the companies have begun a coordinated integration process to operate as a single combined organization over time.

The acquisition, which followed a definitive agreement announced in August, received all necessary regulatory approvals. The integration will be managed to ensure business continuity, with Novigo continuing to deliver on existing client commitments as teams and processes are gradually unified under a single strategic direction. The long-term goal is for the two companies to function fully as one entity, offering clients an expanded portfolio of services and a broader global engineering footprint.

Its partnership ecosystem includes leading platforms like Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, UiPath, and OutSystems.
