Procurify, a leading AI-powered spend management platform, announced on September 2, 2025, the appointment of Jonathan Su as Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). Su will drive the next phase of AI innovation, enhancing tools like Spend Insights to provide mid-market finance and procurement teams with deeper visibility and control over $100 billion USD in processed spend.
Su’s role focuses on scaling Procurify’s AI capabilities to deliver faster, actionable insights. “Jonathan knows how to scale world-class teams and deliver market-defining products,” said Chad Gaydos, CEO of Procurify. With the global spend management market projected to grow at a 10% CAGR through 2030, Su’s leadership aims to redefine the finance tech stack, emphasizing predictive analytics and waste prevention.
With over 20 years in fintech, payments, and SaaS, Su was SVP of Product & Engineering for Spend Management at U.S. Bank, driving integrated banking and payment solutions. As CTO at Bento for Business, he pioneered smart card controls and virtual cards, leading to its acquisition by U.S. Bank. “We are reimagining the finance tech stack,” Su said, aiming for rapid, impactful innovations.
While Su’s fintech expertise aligns with Procurify’s goals, integrating AI across diverse ERP systems like NetSuite and Sage Intacct may face challenges due to varying client needs. Competitors like Coupa and SAP Ariba, with larger market shares, could pressure Procurify’s growth. However, its focus on mid-market firms and $100 billion in processed spend signal strong traction.
Procurify, based in Vancouver, is a leading AI-powered platform for procurement, AP, expenses, and payments, managing over $100 billion USD in spend. Ranked #1 by G2 for Mid-Market Purchasing Software, it integrates with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and others.
