Prevalent AI has announced a $22 million growth investment from Los Angeles-based Integrity Growth Partners, marking the first primary capital raised in the company's nine-year history. The bootstrapped and profitable company will use the investment to scale its global go-to-market organization, accelerate U.S. expansion, and extend beyond cybersecurity into broader enterprise risk use cases.

Quick Intel

  • Prevalent AI raises $22M from Integrity Growth Partners, first primary capital in 9 years.

  • Bootstrapped and profitable since first customer with more than doubled ARR in past 12 months.

  • AI-powered data fabric combines hundreds of fragmented data sources into sovereign knowledge graph.

  • Global insurance company reduced executive security report time by 95%.

  • International banking group improved incident detection by more than 80%.

  • Founded by alumni of GCHQ with intelligence-community heritage.

Trusted Enterprise Context

Enterprises will spend an estimated $240 billion on information security in 2026, yet much of that investment continues to generate more disconnected data than actionable insight. The same challenge is now emerging in enterprise AI, with Gartner predicting that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027 due to escalating costs, unclear business value, and inadequate risk controls. Underneath all three is the same problem: context. Prevalent AI's AI-powered data fabric combines hundreds of fragmented enterprise data sources into a continuously updated sovereign knowledge graph, providing organizations with a trusted source of context that allows both people and AI systems to understand what exists across the enterprise and where operational gaps remain.

Growth and Expansion

Founded in 2017 by Paul Stokes (CEO) and Arun Raj (COO) alongside a team with intelligence-community heritage, Prevalent AI has grown through founder-led customer demand while remaining profitable since its first customer. Annual recurring revenue has more than doubled over the past twelve months. The investment will support formalizing global go-to-market organization, deepening presence in existing markets, accelerating U.S. expansion, extending the knowledge graph beyond cybersecurity into broader risk and enterprise use cases, and strengthening the leadership team.

"Large enterprises do not have a shortage of tools or data. They have a shortage of context," said Paul Stokes, Co-Founder & CEO of Prevalent AI. "Security teams are being asked to make decisions across thousands of systems, controls, identities, and data sources that were never designed to work together. For almost a decade, we have been using AI to continuously clean, connect, and contextualize enterprise data so organizations can see what exists, what is working, where the gaps are, and what needs attention."
