Nejah will spearhead Polymatech’s global innovation strategy, overseeing research and development (R&D) and driving the creation of market-ready semiconductor solutions. “Allen’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment as we expand our footprint across critical sectors,” said Eswara Rao Nandam, CEO and Managing Director of Polymatech Electronics. “His visionary approach, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver market-ready solutions will enhance our capabilities and position us to lead in the global semiconductor industry.” Nejah’s focus includes advancing AI-integrated semiconductors and sustainable electronics, aligning with Polymatech’s vision for transformative technologies.
With over 35 years of experience across aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, medical devices, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and IoT, Nejah brings a robust track record to Polymatech. As founder and CEO of SunMan Engineering, he delivered over 1,664 system-level projects, with patented technologies adopted by industry giants like Apple, Tesla, Ford, Samsung, Google, and Adobe. Notable innovations include one of the world’s first connected car platforms at CES 2007, integrating voice recognition, GPS, and wireless connectivity, and the first 4G WiMax demonstration with Intel and Verizon. “I am honored to join Polymatech Electronics at such a transformative time,” said Nejah. “The company’s mission to deliver advanced semiconductor solutions that address real-world challenges resonates deeply with my passion for innovation.”

The company’s recent $16 million investment in Bahrain’s Atri facility and a ₹1,143 crore GaN semiconductor plant in Chhattisgarh underscore its growth ambitions. Polymatech aims to achieve $2.5 billion in revenue by FY26, driven by innovations in multi-wafer technologies like Silicon, Silicon Carbide, and Sapphire.
An inventor and serial entrepreneur, Nejah has founded ventures like SunMan Engineering, LightSpeed LLC, Telemetria Inc., and InfiniGear Robotics. He holds a degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and mentors young engineers as a volunteer professor at San Jose State University. His appointment reflects Polymatech’s commitment to building a world-class team to drive future-facing technologies.
