There, he spearheaded horizontal platform products like the Genius loyalty program and the multi-year Connected Trip vision, while integrating generative AI features such as the AI Trip Planner and OpenAI-powered customer service. Earlier at Microsoft, Futty worked with machine learning two decades ago, building high-performing teams focused on marketplace dynamics, B2B/B2C strategies, mobile-first design, and AI transformation. His background will enhance Pipedrive's CRM capabilities for sales professionals through innovative, user-centric development.
Steven Quach brings two decades of experience in growth, performance, and brand marketing across consumer and B2B sectors. Most recently at Auctane leading Growth Marketing and Media, and previously at SeatGeek driving customer acquisition and digital strategy, Quach also spent nearly a decade at Expedia Group and Pizza Hut in senior roles managing global performance marketing for Hotels.com. Renowned for blending data-driven approaches with creative storytelling, he excels at building teams and brands that foster genuine customer connections, which will support Pipedrive's efforts to expand its market presence and drive sustainable business growth.
Jonny Carroll, with nearly 20 years turning complex data into scalable products, joins from Expedia Group, where he held leadership roles across Expedia, Hotels.com, and group-wide VP positions in technology, data, analytics, and product management. Leading teams of over 250, he built data cultures, re-platformed enterprise AI stacks, and influenced hundreds of millions in tech investments for significant business impact.
