Natalie Wolf's promotion to Chief Customer Officer recognizes her extensive experience in scaling customer success organizations during periods of hypergrowth. With more than two decades of experience at companies including Anaplan, Celonis, FourKites, and TigerConnect, Wolf brings proven expertise in driving customer adoption at scale. During her tenure at Anaplan, she helped grow annual recurring revenue from $20 million to over $340 million while redefining the customer experience through a transformation that earned Forrester's CX program of the year award.

Wolf emphasized the evolving role of customer success in the AI era, stating: "CS is the connective tissue, and that strengthens as our position to help roll out AI solutions deepens. My focus is to help our customers move confidently up the AI maturity curve and put our technology to work in every corner of GTM and lead a team and culture that's obsessed with delivering real outcomes. Strengthening Marketing and Brand Strategy

Kimberly Gordon joins People.ai as Senior Vice President of Marketing, bringing two decades of marketing and brand expertise from hypergrowth startups and venture firms. Most recently serving as an independent brand strategist and co-founder of VC Brand Leaders, Gordon will lead the company's brand, product marketing, communications, and demand generation teams. Her background includes notable marketing roles at Bain Capital Ventures, Rhino, and OnDeck.
