This marks Pendo’s third acquisition in a year, strengthening its agentic AI offerings for clients like Morgan Stanley and Salesforce.

The acquisition aligns with the growing predictive analytics market, projected to reach $10.3 billion by 2025. Pendo Predict positions Pendo as a leader in delivering accessible AI tools, reducing churn by up to 25% and boosting customer lifetime value by 30% in some cases.
