Bierer brings extensive executive experience, operational expertise, and deep industry knowledge across building technology and services sectors. Most recently, he served as President of Automated Logic, a Carrier company and leading provider of building automation and control solutions. Throughout career, he has led large, complex field organizations across North America and Europe, driving both organic and inorganic growth, enhancing performance, and developing high-performing teams. In senior leadership roles at Carrier and Otis, he earned reputation for scaling businesses, fostering strong cultures through employee engagement and development, and delivering world-class safety, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.
Oliveri led creation of Pavion into market-leading brand and drove significant growth that followed. Under his leadership, Pavion scaled to more than 70 branches, completed and integrated 24 strategic acquisitions, broadened service portfolio, and established operating foundation to support continued organic and acquisitive growth. Equally important, he fostered employee culture centered on delivering exceptional customer experience.
Today, Pavion has more than 2,500 employees worldwide and over $1 billion in annual revenue. Pavion's deep technical capabilities, longstanding customer relationships, expertise in mission-critical industries, and experienced management team position company well for next phase of growth. Its priorities include enhancing customer experience with service and platform innovation, expanding within core markets, investing in workforce and operations, and pursuing selective acquisitions that support longterm strategy.
"Leading Pavion has been one of greatest privileges of my career," said Oliveri. "I am incredibly proud of everything our employees have achieved together. Andy is outstanding executive whose industry perspective, global experience, proven judgment, and commitment to people make him right person to guide Pavion through next stage of growth."
"I am honored to join Pavion and build on what Joe and team have accomplished," said Bierer. "I was immediately struck by caliber of people here, strength of customer-first culture, and trust company has earned. Together, we will enhance experience we deliver, strengthen our ability to connect and protect what matters most."
