Prengel will oversee the Finance and Business Operations organization, including all Finance and Accounting Functions, Global Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. He succeeds Howard Wilson, who is retiring before the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027, ending July 31, 2026.
