PagerDuty, Inc., a leader in AI-first operations management, has announced the appointment of Eric Prengel as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Prengel will oversee the Finance and Business Operations organization, including all Finance and Accounting Functions, Global Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. He succeeds Howard Wilson, who is retiring before the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027, ending July 31, 2026. PagerDuty has named Eric Prengel as its new Chief Financial Officer, bringing in a financial leader with more than two decades of experience across technology, investment banking, and management consulting organizations. Prengel's background includes leadership roles at Elastic, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Thomas Weisel Partners, and Stern Stewart & Co., giving him a comprehensive understanding of public company financial management and strategic value creation. He will lead the company's Finance and Business Operations organization, including all Finance and Accounting Functions, Global Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations, as PagerDuty focuses on scaling its operations and advancing its business objectives.

Prengel succeeds Howard Wilson, who is retiring from the company before the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027.
