Oracle’s expanding presence in Brazil, including new data centers, an Innovation Lab in Sao Paulo, and services like Oracle Database@Google Cloud, has positioned the country as a regional AI innovation hub, enabling enterprises to deploy production AI use cases that deliver measurable results in under 12 months, according to the 2025 ISG Provider Lens® Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem report for Brazil.

The 2025 ISG Provider Lens® Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem report for Brazil, published by Information Services Group (ISG), indicates that the Oracle ecosystem has matured to a point where Brazilian enterprises can achieve tangible AI outcomes quickly through strategic partnerships and Oracle technologies.
“Success in the current technology revolution means achieving tangible results in less than 12 months,” said Bill Huber, partner, Digital Transformation and Cost Optimization at ISG. “The Oracle ecosystem has helped Brazilian companies move from AI experiments to production deployments that improve productivity, decision quality and customer experience.”
Oracle’s investments have strengthened Brazil’s role as an innovation center in Latin America. The company operates OCI data centers in Sao Paulo and Vinhedo, has introduced IoT services, and launched Oracle Database@Google Cloud for hybrid database deployments. In 2025, Oracle opened an Innovation Lab in Sao Paulo, fostering collaboration among companies, partners, and academic institutions to develop and test AI-driven solutions.
The report emphasizes Brazil’s strong foundation for AI adoption, including a large installed base of Oracle ERP and HCM platforms and a technically proficient community. These assets enable faster, more effective AI integrations while maintaining security, compliance, and control over data.
A standout example is Biofy, a Brazilian startup that developed an AI-powered bacterial infection diagnosis system. Using genetic sequencing and Oracle-powered vector search, the solution identifies bacteria—including emerging mutations—in hours rather than days. This enables faster antibiotic prescriptions and accelerates research into new treatments.
The report notes growing demand for GPU consumption, FinOps, and managed services within the Brazilian Oracle ecosystem, reflecting enterprises’ shift toward scalable, production-grade AI.
To maximize value from Oracle ecosystem providers, ISG advises Brazilian enterprises to:
“The opportunity to transform enterprise operations and significantly advance business goals through AI requires quick, strategic action,” said Cristiane Tarricone, lead author of the report. “The Oracle ecosystem in Brazil is helping companies seize this potential.”
