OpenText™ Corporation (NASDAQ/TSX: OTEX) has officially announced the completion of its divestiture of Vertica to Rocket Software Inc., a portfolio company of Bain Capital. The transaction, valued at US$150 million in cash before taxes and adjustments, aligns with OpenText’s broader strategy to streamline its portfolio. Under the agreement, the software assets, client contracts, associated services, and employees have been successfully transferred to Rocket Software.
