His career highlights include serving as Chief Financial Officer at BlackBerry Limited, where he spearheaded financial strategy transformations amid major technological and organizational shifts. Prior roles at PMC-Sierra and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP further honed his operational expertise across dynamic environments. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting and finance from Simon Fraser University, Rai is also a Certified Public Accountant through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants in British Columbia.
