OneClik has launched its AI-powered bug reporting and feedback tool in the United States, letting any user report a bug, request a feature, or share feedback from inside an app in a single click. The tool automatically attaches screenshots, console errors, network logs, device details, and session metadata that teams need to reproduce the issue.
OneClik launches AI-powered bug reporting with one-click capture.
Automatically captures screenshots, video, console logs, network logs, and device metadata.
AI drafts title, description, and severity for every report.
Routes directly into Jira or built-in OneClik dashboard.
Provides analytics and insights across products, pages, and users.
Embeddable widget works with React, Vue, Svelte, and vanilla JavaScript.
OneClik is built to close the gap between vague user reports and the complete tickets engineers can actually act on. Instead of the back-and-forth of "can you reproduce it?", a report arrives fully triaged. From any page in an app, a user opens OneClik, picks Bug, Idea, or Feedback, captures the issue including a video recording of the error if needed, adds an optional annotation, and sends. OneClik's AI drafts the title, description, and severity, while console logs, network activity, device information, and session data are captured in the background.
Key capabilities include one-click capture for bugs, feature requests, and feedback; AI-drafted titles, descriptions, and severity for every report; automatic screenshot, video, console log, and network log capture; device and session metadata attached to every report; automatic categorization of incoming reports; Jira integration and a built-in OneClik admin dashboard; and analytics and insights across products, pages, and users. Reports are categorized automatically and route directly into systems or into the built-in OneClik dashboard.
"We believe no bug should ever need a follow-up question. OneClik uses AI to capture the problem, draft the ticket, and deliver it ready to resolve, so teams investigate less and build more," said Tiago Gonçalves, CEO of InnoWave Technologies.
