With more than 25 years in the global power electronics and semiconductor industries, Zuk brings deep technical expertise, market insight, and proven success in strategic positioning to lead OmniOn’s efforts in powering AI innovation.
In this role, Zuk will head the newly formed AI and Data Center business unit, dedicated to solving the intense power challenges of today’s AI-driven data centers while preparing for future requirements. By integrating OmniOn’s established high-capacity, reliable power conversion solutions with Zuk’s commercial and leadership experience, the company aims to support the accelerated growth of AI computing and advanced data center infrastructure.
"As AI continues to permeate our everyday lives, the infrastructure at its core has taken center stage, and the need for reliable, robust power solutions has never been more critical,” said David French, CEO of OmniOn Power. “With Philip now heading our AI and Data Center efforts, we’re strengthening our established role in this fast-paced industry and committing to designing and delivering the high-powered, sustainable operations that data centers will need moving forward.”

He provided specialized expertise in power semiconductors—including Si, SiC, and GaN—while leading product marketing, technical marketing, and business development at Microsemi (now Microchip), Vishay Siliconix, and Transphorm.
He has driven full commercialization cycles, from device definition to global deployment and adoption, supporting industry-wide solutions. Additionally, Zuk founded PCZ Consulting Group, where he advised power electronics and semiconductor companies on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and growth—particularly for technologies powering next-generation AI infrastructure and data center architectures.
