Ode with Anthropic has announced it has acquired Casper Studios, an AI services firm that helps companies put Claude to work inside the systems their teams already use. The acquisition brings together Ode's custom AI engineering with Casper Studios' experience implementing Anthropic products across organizations.

Using Anthropic's models, Ode built a custom internal tool for a key component of Sphera's business that reduced bottlenecks from time-intensive operational tasks by 70%. At the same time, Casper was able to automate many cumbersome processes that slowed work across Sphera's customer support, consulting, and project planning teams. Both Ode and Casper built solutions in the same Claude Code setup, so tools one team wrote, the other could pick up and use instantly.
