This collaboration embeds Conduct’s agentic AI platform into NTT DATA’s SAP S/4HANA transformation services, application management services (AMS), and change management delivery. By bringing AI-native execution to enterprise SAP programs, the partnership aims to accelerate delivery speed and improve confidence across major global markets, including the UK, Germany, the US, Brazil, and Singapore.

Joint customers benefit from automated fit-gap analysis and faster generation of functional specifications.
The offering is available globally, supported by NTT DATA’s delivery centers and India-based test factories.
The collaboration reduces production risk and delivery bottlenecks in large-scale SAP modernization programs.
Both companies will showcase these capabilities at SAP Sapphire 2026 in Orlando.
At the core of this partnership is Conduct's SAP context engine, which maps an entire SAP estate—including custom objects, dependencies, and workflows—with precision. NTT DATA teams leverage this intelligence to run comparisons against SAP standards significantly faster than manual processes. This approach treats legacy customization as a valuable asset to be understood and evolved rather than a problem to be eliminated, ensuring a smoother transition to S/4HANA.
