This merger strengthens Nortal’s Americas presence by leveraging Nearsure’s expertise in enterprise solutions, low-code and SaaS development, AI-driven transformation, and staff augmentation. Alain Dias, CEO of Nortal North America, stated: “This marks an exciting new chapter for Nortal in the Americas. By joining forces with Nearsure, we’re combining Nortal’s global scale and U.S. market strength with Nearsure’s trusted client relationships and exceptional delivery across Latin America.”
Nearsure’s partnerships with Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow enhance Nortal’s ability to deliver AI-driven solutions and military-grade cybersecurity. The acquisition aligns with Nortal’s focus on critical sectors like healthcare, financial services, communications, and government, where it aims to modernize systems and harness AI’s potential. Giuliana Corbo, CEO of Nearsure, noted: “Nearsure has always known that talent knows no borders—and with Nortal’s global scale, we can now prove it. This is a launchpad into a new era for us.”

The combined entity will focus on delivering high-impact solutions with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft.
Nortal reported €228.7 million in revenue and €27.9 million in EBITDA for 2024, reflecting strong growth.
