Since exiting stealth in November 2024, Noma Security has become the fastest-growing company in the AI security sector, with a 1,300% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Serving Fortune 500 clients in financial services, life sciences, retail, and big tech, Noma addresses the urgent need for secure AI adoption. “AI agent adoption is exploding within our customer base and CISOs understand that AI innovation must be thoughtfully deployed with full guardrails,” said Niv Braun, Noma Security CEO and Co-Founder.
Noma’s unified platform is designed to mitigate the unique risks of agentic AI, offering continuous risk discovery, security posture management, and real-time threat mitigation. One customer, for example, processes hundreds of millions of AI prompts monthly while scanning thousands of model artifacts across cloud environments, code repositories, and AI development platforms. This comprehensive approach ensures compliance with regulations like the EU AI Act, enabling enterprises to deploy AI confidently.
The Series B round, supported by Evolution Equity Partners, Ballistic Ventures, and Glilot Capital, underscores Noma’s strong market fit. “We are intimately familiar with the AI security category and chose to invest in Noma Security based on two main factors. First, the Noma Security founding team had the foresight to build a comprehensive AI security and governance platform to address all CISO challenges related to AI security,” said Richard Seewald, Evolution Equity Partners Founder and Managing Partner. With 53% of organizations planning to adopt agentic AI by 2026 and 83% by 2028, per UBS Research, Noma is poised to lead the industry.
The $100 million will drive Noma’s expansion, enhancing R&D and scaling go-to-market efforts in North America and EMEA. The company plans to deepen integrations with cloud providers and AI platforms like Databricks, ensuring seamless security for enterprise AI ecosystems. “Alongside our customers and partners we built the most-comprehensive security and governance solution for both AI and agents,” Braun added, reinforcing Noma’s commitment to secure AI innovation.
With this funding, Noma Security is set to redefine AI agent security, empowering enterprises to embrace AI while maintaining robust governance and compliance. This investment marks a pivotal step toward a safer, AI-driven future for global organizations.
