Emerson will spearhead the innovation strategy and execution for the company's Intelligent Observability Platform, utilized by 85,000 customers globally to streamline business and IT operations while managing costs effectively.
With over 25 years in product development and management at high-growth software and cloud firms, Emerson joins at a pivotal moment for New Relic's AI-focused advancements. At ServiceNow, he transformed the IT Operations Management (ITOM) portfolio into one of the company's fastest-growing segments, achieving 9x revenue growth through strategic oversight and execution. His prior leadership at VMware, BMC Software, and Remedy involved pioneering widely adopted enterprise solutions, equipping him to enhance New Relic's proactive observability tools.
