Most Comprehensive Coverage Recency and Resolution to Date

Nearmap Reach sets new benchmark with most comprehensive coverage, recency, and resolution to date. Customers gain access to detailed 4cm imagery refreshed annually across substantially broader geographic footprint with 130+ AI layers and delivery channels they use today.

Expanded program made possible by Nearmap HyperCamera4, company's next-generation AI-optimized aerial imaging instrument. Built on two decades of patented innovation, HyperCamera4 is system engineered to push limits of resolution, coverage scale, and refresh frequency.

Property intelligence becomes more valuable when it can be applied consistently across entire portfolio. Expanding coverage with Nearmap Reach gives customers additional opportunities to put data to work from evaluating more prospective business to understanding risk across more properties. It's meaningful step toward making high-quality property intelligence available wherever customers need it.

This expansion is in response to growing demand from customers to extend value of Nearmap property intelligence across more of properties and markets they serve. By bringing high-resolution imagery and AI-powered insights to more locations, Nearmap Reach puts same trusted property intelligence into hands of insurers, government organizations, and AECO firms.

With addition of Nearmap Reach, customers can expect expanded U.S. coverage across significantly broader geographic footprint covering 97% U.S. population, 4cm resolution imagery for detailed visibility into 95% buildings and surroundings, annual Nearmap Reach capture to provide consistent current view year over year, 130+ AI layers that turn imagery into actionable property intelligence.

Nearmap Reach will be offered alongside existing Nearmap Core capture program which will continue to refresh metropolitan areas up to three times a year capturing 88% U.S. population. Although new offering, Nearmap Reach will be available through Nearmap standard delivery channels and capture scheduled to begin January 2027.
