MVSI, the global leader in automated B2B client onboarding for regulated markets, today announced the launch of AIQ Dynamics, a new capability within OnBoard AIQ that enables organizations to turn AI-driven analysis into defined, real-time actions within the onboarding process.

New capability closes the gap between identifying an onboarding issue and resolving it, helping regulated businesses reduce manual remediation, RFIs and delays.

  • MVSI launches AIQ Dynamics, new OnBoard AIQ capability for controlled AI action in regulated onboarding
  • Closes gap between identifying issue and resolving it, targeting routine exceptions like outdated docs and missing info
  • Enables natural language definition of how AI should respond when conditions arise, acting within workflow
  • Debuts as Form Dynamics in customer application forms, prompting immediate correction like recent bank statement
  • Built on tightly scoped data, defined prompts and explicit actions vs broad enterprise AI access
  • Helps reduce RFIs, manual remediation, improve application quality entering compliance and underwriting

Why Routine Exceptions Cause Onboarding Delays

For payment providers, banks, lenders, and other regulated businesses, many onboarding delays are caused not by complex compliance cases, but by routine exceptions such as outdated documents, missing information and inconsistent evidence. Too often, these issues are only identified once an application reaches manual review, creating additional RFIs, more work for compliance teams and further delays before activation.

AIQ Dynamics is designed to close the gap between identifying the problem and resolving it.

"AI becomes significantly more valuable when it can resolve an issue at the moment it identifies it," said Daniel Sheahan, CEO of MVSI. "Finding the problem is only half the job. If somebody still has to review the application, contact the customer and ask them to correct it, the friction is still there."

"AIQ Dynamics helps organizations deal with routine exceptions intelligently and automatically, while retaining control over the data AI can access, the instructions it receives and the actions it is permitted to take."

How AIQ Dynamics Turns Intelligence into Controlled Action

Building on the intelligence already available through OnBoard AIQ, Dynamics enables organizations to define, using natural language, how AI should respond when specific conditions arise, allowing it to interpret the situation, determine the appropriate next step and act within the onboarding workflow.

For example, an organization could use Dynamics to check whether an uploaded bank statement meets its document requirements. If it falls outside the required timeframe, AIQ can identify the issue, and Dynamics can immediately prompt the applicant to provide a more recent document.

AIQ Dynamics can help organizations resolve routine onboarding exceptions before they become downstream delays, reduce avoidable RFIs, manual remediation and repeated customer contact, improve the quality and completeness of applications entering compliance and underwriting, provide immediate, contextual guidance when customers need to correct information, deliver localized, language-specific guidance across global markets, and configure AI-driven actions around specific policies, processes and customer experience requirements.

Unlike general-purpose AI approaches that may require broad access to enterprise information, OnBoard AIQ is designed around tightly scoped data, defined prompts and explicit actions. AI operates within configurable workflows and boundaries rather than as an independent black box.

"For financial institutions, trust in AI cannot depend on simply believing that the technology will do the right thing," said Sheahan. "Trust comes from control. You need to understand what information the AI has been given, what you have asked it to do and what actions it is allowed to take."

"That is the approach we have taken with OnBoard AIQ from the beginning. Dynamics extends that philosophy from intelligence into action."

Across every component of the onboarding journey, AIQ Dynamics creates opportunities to move routine remediation away from manual review, reduce avoidable handoffs and keep applications moving. Form Dynamics is only the beginning, with the same underlying capability supporting a wide range of onboarding scenarios.
